About Me

I’ve spent over 27 years in diplomacy — leading high-level negotiations, fostering development partnerships, and representing Estonia in global forums. From disarmament to humanitarian aid, from bilateral relations to multilateral diplomacy — I’ve worked across continents and sectors with the EU, UN, and OECD.

But beyond the strategy and global work, I’ve walked a deeply personal journey.

Relocating across countries, stepping into new roles, and adapting to shifting identities — I know the inner experience of global transition. I know how easy it is to lose sight of your purpose when your world is constantly evolving.

And I know what it takes to find your center again.

Coaching helped me reconnect with my values and purpose at a time when I felt overwhelmed and disconnected. It gave me space to reflect and realign with what matters most. It helped me build the resilience to lead — not just with strength, but with presence and clarity.

Human development has fascinated me since childhood. That early curiosity stayed with me — through years of management, policy, and international cooperation. It deepened during my leadership trainings, where I discovered the power of coaching. Eventually, I chose to undergo the professional coach training in the top leading institut- Erickson Coaching International( founded in Vancouver) with its global presence. The solution focused approach resonates well with my values and purpose.

Now, I am ready to share the transformation I’d experienced.

My purpose is clear:
To support diplomats, global professionals, and their families to stay rooted in their values, grow their resilience, and lead with clarity and humanity — even in turbulent times.

I’ve lived the pressure of high-stakes environments. I know what it’s like to hold everything together. And I know how powerful it is to have someone walk alongside you — helping you stay grounded in who you really are.

Currently on sabbatical leave from diplomatic service, I divide my time between Paris, Vancouver, and the quiet shores of Muhu island in Estonia — reflecting, coaching, and reconnecting with what truly matters.
