With over 27 years of international experience as a diplomat, I've had the privilege of working closely with governments, private sector, NGOs, and international organizations on different continents.

International negotiations and developing partnerships from disarmament to development cooperation, have been key in my career. Extensive experience in leadership and change management has honed my problem-solving abilities and capability to guide people through transitions.

Having worked closely with European Union institutions, United Nations and OECD, has allowed me to facilitate impactful dialogues and collaborations.

Currently, enjoying the sabbatical leave from the diplomatic service, I am dividing my time between Paris, Vancouver and Muhu island in Estonia.
